With 21 years of experience Chef Wei, specializes in BBQ at the China Republic. His favorite dish is Peking Duck wrapped in Bao buns.
Chef Yong, Has been traveling the eastern regions of China, Honk Kong to the south of Taiwan. Now resides in Rancho Cucamonga to oversee all aspects of the China Republic Kitchen.
Jie has been making Dim Sum since the 90s in Arcadia. He has helped open more than 20 Dim Sum restaurants in the past 20 years. He has brought that extensive knowledge to the Dim Sum program here at China Republic.
